A Route is a planned delivery path that a driver follows to deliver multiple packages.

🚚 How Routes Work:

  • Admin creates routes by grouping shipments
  • Driver follows the route to deliver packages
  • You (Client) don't need to worry about routes - just track your shipment!
  • Your shipment status updates automatically as the driver completes each stop

You don't need to create routes - that's done by our admin team. Just create shipments and track them!
